How To Use Your Pack:
Change always feels big, but sometimes, the biggest changes start with small ripples from simple acts. One powerful way to activate the ripples of change is through the simple act of writing a card.
This Activate Change pack features custom artwork inspired by our Venture Leadership Collective core values and is designed to inspire self-reflection, impactful expression, and community connection.
We invite you to take a few minutes to put pen to paper and create a moment of intentionality to acknowledge, witness, and truly see someone else. Take action in this expression and see what unfolds for you…
We suggest that you try these prompts to get the most out of this pack:

Change Champion: Color/fill in the words that reflect the recipient’s ways of doing and being in the world and on the inside of the card, tell them why those adjectives standout to you in their leadership.

Joy is Vibe: Reflect on a joyful memory with the recipient and share it with them on the inside of the card. Thank them for bringing joy into your life, even for a moment!

Our Approach Matters: Express gratitude for a moment the recipient demonstrated action that was anchored intheir values.

CARD PLANTING
STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR POT
Fill your pot 2/3 full with good potting soil — firmly full, but not packed. we recommend placing the pot indoors in a bright, sunny spot that isn't too cold. Keeping the seed paper inside keeps your outside environment protected.
STEP 2: PLANT YOUR PAPER
Take your plantable paper and place it on the soil in your pot. if you have room you can lay the whole card flat. If not, you can tear it in half or into smaller pieces to fit the space (Note: It's okay if the paper overlaps!).
STEP 3: COVER + WATER
Spread a 1/8 inch layer of soil over the top of the the paper and gently press down. After planting, give your pot a good soak. You want the paper and the soil to be damp, but not swimming in water. Keep the paper moist until sprouts appear (generally within 10-14 days!).
